Motor Vehicle Tax Collection in South Jakarta is Fairly High

Amid of COVID-19 pandemic, motor vehicle tax (PKB) collecting in South Jakarta is relatively high with total Rp 272,794,480,080 which collected from 39,605 two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles through 5 types of tax services.
It was the result from collecting PKB tax from March 16 to April 24, 2020
South Jakarta Regional Revenue Sub-agency (Subanpenda) Head, Hendarto mentioned, motor vehicle tax was collected from 5,970 four-wheeled vehicles and 33,635 two-wheeled vehicles.

"It was the result from collecting PKB tax from March 16 to April 24, 2020," he added, Saturday (4/25).
There are 5 tax services in PKB consisting vehicle registration certificate renewal and validation, vehicle-ownership transfer fee (BNN I) for new vehicles, BNN I for vehicles from outside of Jakarta, BNN II, and Tax Assessment Letter (SKP). From all these services, his side has collected basic revenue of PKB as much as Rp 157.4 billion and BNN of Rp 115.3 billion.
"Realization of other tax revenue outside PKB was not as much as last year," he added.
